It is necessary to send an email to [email protected] presenting your claim by sending photos of the product and photos of the ticket or gift receipt. The warranty applies to any factory fault such as:

• Soles, heels and soles detached (more than 10% of the shoe).
• Seams: unstitched shoes around the edges.

 

The warranty DOES NOT COVER:

• The wear or breakage of materials (leather, synthetic, heels and tops), caused by improper use of the product.
• Variations in tone, texture, marks, scars, and sales that are natural characteristics of the leather or shoe material.
• Wrinkles caused by flexing the instep.
• Stains caused by inadequate cleaning or those produced by liquids and/or products other than those suggested, not suitable for footwear.
• Products that have been handled by third parties (shoe stores or shoe workshops).
• Discomfort or foot ailments and discomfort when walking are not accepted as manufacturing faults.
