Changes and returns of purchases made on our website

If you wish to make any changes to the products you purchased on our website, you can do so within seven business days of receiving the product. The change will be made in any of our stores previously coordinated via email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp 934952062.

In the mail or message you must indicate your name and surname, order number and date you made the purchase. You will also need to specify the reason you want to make the change. Within a maximum period of 48 hours you will receive a response with the case number so that you can approach any of our physical stores:

To do the due it is necessary to bring the purchase ticket with which you received the product and your ID.

It is essential that the product is in perfect condition, without signs of use and that it has the original packaging (box).

*Donna Cattiva may reject the request to change the product in the event that non-compliance with the conditions described above is detected..

Changes and returns of purchases made in physical stores

  • The maximum period for exchange is 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Only a change of product will be accepted, which must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and that have the original packaging (box).
  • It will be essential to present the original ticket or gift ticket and it must not be stamped with the following text "FINAL LIQUIDATION NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS".

Changes of products sent to the province or internationally

If you wish to make any changes to the products you purchased on our website, you can do so within seven working days of the product being delivered.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

We would appreciate it if you let us know your reasons for your change. Any comment will always help us to improve. This form will be sent to you once you write to [email protected] telling us that you want to make an exchange.

Donna Cattiva will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Any merchandise in poor condition will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.
